A group of us who maintain studio space at the Graphite Arts Center; myself, Dana Teruya Len, Jenny Danger and Rebecca Hartsook, were invited by the Edmonds Art Commission to show art at the Snow-Isle Library in Edmonds. The four of us set out to create a cohesive show and settled on using the same color palette and same size canvas. The result is truly impressive in its immediate effect on the viewer upon entering the library. I appreciate that the library put some thought in to the creation of a new art display area when remodeling the library this past year.
