Cycling China: Ningbo

Ningbo is just to the south of Shanghai and a quick day trip at only 2 hours drive time. Southern Ningbo is heavily forested with plenty of challenging terrain set in a very rural environment. The rural roads can be quite rough, but the scenery through local villages, along rivers, and up switchbacked mountainsides will quickly take your mind off minor obstacles.
