Scott Anstett: High Quality Art

Scott uses high quality materials, including stretchers, canvas, paints, primers, and varnishes, that guarantee his artwork will last generations if cared for properly. All paintings are varnished with a UV protective coating to extend color retention.

Firstly, Scott employs a "studio buddy" to oversee all  areas of quality control.

Sometimes the quality control agent slacks off a bit, though.

Quality stretchers, canvas and mounting hardware are used.

A good strong structure and base layer are ensured with every painting, even works on paper.

Scott uses long standing brands such as Utrecht, Winsor Newton, & Old Holland.

Each painting receives special treatment with a signature, sticker, or stamp with date of creation or other information.
